Telegram Games That Pay in 2026: Which Issued Tokens and What Happened After Listing

By: WEEX|2026-08-20 01:30:42

"Telegram games that pay" almost always means one thing: tap-to-earn mini apps that hand players a token at the end of a season, which then lists on exchanges. The "pay" is never cash — it is a token whose value the market sets, sometimes tens of dollars of allocation on listing day and a few cents months later. This guide gives data instead of promotion: which games actually issued tokens, when and where they listed, what the price did afterwards, which games never delivered, and what to check before you spend time on the next one. Every figure carries a date and a source (CoinGecko, exchange announcements, official channels) and there is no price forecast here.

Telegram games that actually issued tokens (2024–2026)

Paws (PAWS)16 April 2025Several venues; WEEX the same dayNo (delisted)−99.7% (ATH on listing day)

WEEX listing dates come from WEEX's own Help Center announcements; the "on WEEX" status was verified against WEEX's public market APIs on 20 August 2026 (never from page titles, which render prices even for delisted pairs).

The pattern that repeats across the whole table

  1. The all-time high is almost always the listing day or days after it. HMSTR, CATI, MAJOR, BLUM and PAWS peaked on launch day; DOGS two days later; only NOT and X peaked about 17 days later. In CoinGecko's entire 100-token Telegram Apps category on 20 August 2026, not one token sat within 15% of its all-time high.
  2. All nine tokens above are more than 95% below their peaks, and several printed all-time lows in recent weeks (X on 12 August, BLUM on 18 August, NOT and CATI on 29 July 2026).
  3. The four tokens still trading on major venues and on WEEX (NOT, HMSTR, DOGS, CATI) are exactly the four that had Binance Launchpool listings. The tokens without that backing (X, TAPS) are down to one or two DEX pools with double-digit dollar volume. This is the most documented structural signal in the whole dataset.
  4. Listing delays are the rule, not the exception: TapSwap slipped at least four times over nine months, PAWS four weeks, and Yescoin never delivered at all.

Games that never paid, or no longer exist

  • Yescoin: never issued a token; its founder was reported arrested in Shanghai on 7 March 2025.
  • Rocky Rabbit: contrary to popular belief it did launch RBTC on 23 September 2024 — but about 45% of the user allocation was burned over incomplete eligibility, and trackers now mark the token inactive.
  • Tomarket (TOMA): issued a token, but its price feed has been dead since 2 May 2026 and CoinGecko no longer tracks it.

How the listing actually happens: snapshot to exchange

The path is similar everywhere: (1) the snapshot — the moment player scores are frozen (Hamster: 20 September 2024; Blum: 7 June 2025); (2) the anti-bot purge — Hamster banned 2.3 million accounts for cheating and confiscated 6.8 billion tokens, MemeFi banned over 2.5 million; (3) the TGE, usually with the airdrop credited the same day; (4) simultaneous exchange listings — NOT on Binance on 16 May at 12:00 UTC and on WEEX a day later; HMSTR on Binance at 12:00 and on WEEX futures at 13:00 the same day; CATI on WEEX 30–50 minutes after Binance. Distribution rules are usually declared before the TGE: Hamster gave 60% of total supply to Season 1 (88.75% instantly, 11.25% over ten months) and reserved 15% for Season 2; DOGS gave 81.5% of supply to the community with no lockup, weighted by Telegram account age, activity and Premium subscription; Blum published the most explicit ruleset: at least 100,000 points, 750 meme points or an activity review, two verified referrals, and Sybil verification.

Seven checks before you start

  1. Official bot and channel only. ESET found Android spyware distributed as a fake Hamster Kombat app through an unofficial channel in July 2024 — with no game inside — and stressed it saw no malicious behaviour from the official app. The threat is impersonation: fake channels, fake installers, fake "farm bots" (which on Windows carried the Lumma stealer).
  2. Never enter your seed phrase anywhere. No real airdrop asks for it.
  3. Never pay to "claim". Activation fees, unlock gas and pay-to-unlock levels are documented scam patterns.
  4. KYC as game eligibility is anomalous. None of the games above required KYC for the airdrop; identity checks belong to the exchange leg. A bot demanding documents is a red flag.
  5. Read the eligibility rules. Only three games (Blum, DOGS, CATS) published verifiable criteria; the rest said little and then faced allocation disputes — Hamster over referral weighting, Catizen over last-minute rule changes (#catizenscam).
  6. Cheating does not pay. Multi-accounting, auto-clickers and simultaneous logins are exactly the patterns Hamster cited when it banned 2.3 million accounts.
  7. Know your listing-day plan. Given the peak-on-day-one pattern, having an exchange account ready and deciding in advance whether you hold or sell matters more than a few thousand extra taps. This page does not say which is right — only that the decision belongs before launch day.

Which games are still alive in 2026?

  • Notcoin: active. The official channel posted as recently as 8 June 2026; Not Games (June 2025), Not Pixel with its PX token (airdropped 22 January 2025) and Lost Dogs with WOOF sit in its ecosystem. Official cumulative NOT burns total about 233.5 million tokens.
  • Hamster Kombat: the token trades, but the official channel has not posted since 20 January 2026; the Season 2 distribution vote closed on 10 December 2025 (90% to Season 2) and as of the channel's last post the distribution was still "coming soon" — no confirmation it ever happened. Whether the daily combo still runs is not established by any official source.
  • DOGS: the busiest channel of the set, with dated posts through 18 August 2026 (tournaments, a $100,000 trading competition, NFTs in Yuga Labs' Otherside).
  • Catizen: active, with a 3.8-million-subscriber announcements channel and summer-2026 updates.

Where these tokens trade

On WEEX, the four main tokens of this class are live in both perpetual futures and spot (public API check, 20 August 2026): NOT/USDT futures and NOT/USDT spot, HMSTR/USDT futures and HMSTR/USDT spot, DOGS/USDT futures and CATI/USDT futures (both also have spot pairs). Leveraged futures amplify losses as well as gains; for tokens with this volatility record, spot or low leverage is the saner start. X, MAJOR, PAWS, BLUM and TAPS no longer trade on WEEX. If you are after exchange rewards rather than game airdrops, read the guide to WEEX's lucky wheel and event airdrops; for the Telegram airdrop calendar and Hamster daily cards, see this guide.

Frequently asked questions

Are Telegram games that pay real?

Yes, in the sense that the nine games above genuinely issued tokens that listed on exchanges. But the "pay" is a token that has, on average, lost more than 95% of its day-one value.

What is the best Telegram airdrop game in 2026?

This page does not recommend one. The data says the games with major listing backing (Binance Launchpool) are the only liquid survivors, and the rest saw their liquidity evaporate within months.

Do Telegram airdrops require KYC or taxes?

The games themselves do not require KYC; exchanges may when you withdraw or trade. For taxes, check the rules where you live — this is not legal advice.
