What Sacyr is
Sacyr is a global infrastructure-concessions group — toll roads, water and desalination, and civil engineering — that reports roughly 92% of its EBITDA coming from concession assets. That concession-heavy mix is what gives it the "long-dated, contracted cash flows" profile investors focus on. It has no crypto or blockchain business.
The share price over the last 12 months
Sacyr has clearly risen over the trailing year — aggregator snapshots put the gain in the region of 50% year-on-year, which we present as a single-source, directional figure rather than a precise number — trading around €4.68–4.80 in mid-July 2026.
The results picture requires care, because two Latin American threads point in opposite directions and should not be blended into one "LatAm" story:
- Colombia exit (a profit-optics headwind). Sacyr sold three Colombian road concessions (Pamplona–Cúcuta, Autopista al Mar 1 and Rumichaca–Pasto) to an Actis vehicle for US$1.565 billion (announced June 2025, closed December 2025), with about US$332 million of cash inflow plus up to US$70 million contingent — note the figures are in US dollars. As a consequence, full-year 2025 group net profit reportedly fell about 24% year-on-year, but that is a one-off comparison effect from losing the Colombian contribution, not operating decay.
- Chile wins (a growth thread). Sacyr secured major Chilean concessions — "Ruta del Itata" (around €516 million, adjudicated around March 2025) and "Ruta Pie de Monte" in Biobío (around €330 million, through late 2025 into March 2026) — described in Spanish press as part of five major Chilean wins in just over a year (exact euro figures vary by article).
First-quarter 2026 results were solid: net profit €38 million (up about 40%), revenue €1.116 billion (up about 5%), EBITDA €327 million (up about 9%, roughly 92% concessional), and operating cash flow €223 million (up about 12% excluding divestment effects). The dividend was raised, but published sources disagree on the exact size of the increase, so we cite no percentage. Separately, a syndicated loan was reportedly upsized (from around €470 million to €600 million, with a longer tenor).
Bulls point to concession cash-flow quality, capital-recycling discipline, a rising dividend and share-price momentum. More cautious investors note the headline-profit drop from the divestment optics, construction-margin risk, and emerging-market and currency exposure. This page sets no price target and makes no forecast.
What the boards discuss
Sacyr has a long-running, heavily paged retail thread on Rankia. Based on the thread's confirmed themes (summarized, not read verbatim, so treat as directional), the recurring talking points were the dividend increases, the rationale for the Colombian divestment, and ongoing deleveraging. We do not quote posts. You can read the discussion on the Rankia forums.

Upcoming catalysts
The main near-term item is the next set of results. A date of 24 July 2026 surfaced in calendar searches, but the same date also appeared for another IBEX name (Banco Sabadell), which suggests a possible calendar conflation — so verify it against Sacyr's own investor-relations calendar before relying on it. Beyond earnings, watch for further concession awards and any update on capital recycling.

WEEX does not list Sacyr, its shares, or any tokenized version of them; this is exposure to crypto only, not to the stock.
