Arm Holdings (ARM) Stock: 2026 Price Outlook and How to Trade
Arm Holdings trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker ARM — often written NASDAQ: ARM — as American Depositary Shares (ADSs) rather than ordinary shares. Arm does not make chips. It designs the CPU architecture that most of the world's smartphones run on, and licenses it to the companies that do. In 2026 the story is the move of that architecture into the data centre. This page is the continuously-updated home for ARM on WEEX: where to track the price, what drives the stock, and how to get price-linked exposure — including without a US brokerage account.

ARM price: where to track it
ARM trades on Nasdaq during US market hours; follow the live quote through any brokerage or market-data service carrying Nasdaq prices under NASDAQ: ARM. Note that one ADS does not necessarily equal one ordinary share, so a quote for the ADS is not a quote for the underlying UK-listed equity. The price is driven above all by royalty growth — Arm earns a fee on chips shipped using its designs, so its revenue tracks the semiconductor cycle with a lag — and increasingly by how quickly Arm-based designs displace incumbents in server CPUs. For ARM-linked exposure on WEEX, see the market listings for what is currently offered.
What is Arm Holdings, the business?
Arm licenses processor designs and instruction-set architecture, then collects a royalty each time a partner ships a chip built on them. That gives it two revenue lines: licensing, which is lumpy and reflects new design agreements, and royalties, which compound quietly as previously-licensed designs reach volume production. Its fiscal year ends March 31. In fiscal Q4 2026 (the quarter ended March 31, 2026, reported May 6, 2026), Arm posted record revenue of US$1.49 billion, up 20% year over year, with royalty revenue of US$671 million (up 11%, its highest-ever Q4 royalty figure) and licensing revenue of US$819 million (up 29%). Non-GAAP EPS was a record US$0.60. For the full fiscal year 2026 Arm reported revenue of US$4.92 billion, up 23%, and record full-year royalty revenue of US$2.61 billion. Data-centre royalties more than doubled year over year in the quarter. Arm pays no dividend and has said it does not anticipate one in the foreseeable future. SoftBank retains a controlling holding of approximately 86% of the company.
Arm stock outlook for 2026
Bull case
- Royalty compounding: record full-year royalty revenue of US$2.61 billion in FY2026, earned on designs licensed years earlier
- Data-centre expansion: data-centre royalties more than doubled year over year in fiscal Q4 2026, moving Arm beyond its mobile base
- Licensing momentum: US$819 million in fiscal Q4 2026, up 29% year over year, which seeds future royalty streams
- Architectural position: Arm designs sit in the majority of the world's smartphones, giving it an installed base competitors cannot quickly displace
Risk factors
- Royalties track chip shipments, so Arm inherits the semiconductor cycle — a downturn in end-device volumes flows straight through
- Customer concentration among a small number of very large licensees
- RISC-V, an open-source instruction set, is a structural competitive threat to a licensing model
- SoftBank's ~86% holding means a small free float, which can amplify price moves in both directions
- China exposure and export-control risk
- Event risk into the next results on July 29, 2026
Treat framing such as a market-cap "milestone" or a large year-to-date move with caution, since those levels change constantly. This page does not carry price targets or forecasts.

How to buy Arm stock (ARM)
Route 1 — US brokerage access: buy ARM directly on Nasdaq during US market hours through a brokerage that offers US equities. This is the route that makes you a holder of the ADSs, with the economic interest that carries. Arm pays no dividend, so there is no income component to this route today.
Route 2 — on WEEX: if you do not have a US brokerage account, WEEX offers ARM price-linked exposure via the tokenized stock ARMON, a blockchain instrument designed to track the share price. Check the market listings for what is currently offered:
- Create a WEEX account and complete verification.
- Deposit USDT.
- Open the ARM-linked market you want to trade.
- Place your order.
Neither WEEX route is the stock itself — both are price exposure only, their price can deviate from the underlying, and leverage amplifies losses as well as gains.
Which route fits you?
| Point of comparison | US brokerage (ARM) | WEEX (futures / tokenized stock) |
|---|---|---|
| What you hold | Arm Holdings ADSs | Futures position or tokenized stock designed to track share pricing |
| Market types | Cash equity (ADS) | Stock futures and tokenized stock — see the listings |
| Account requirement | US-market brokerage account | WEEX account |
| Trading hours | US market hours | See the market page |
| Shareholder rights | Economic interest via the ADS; no dividend is paid | No — price exposure only |
What are stock futures and tokenized stocks?
Stock futures are leveraged derivatives designed to track a share's price (long or short); tokenized stocks such as ARMON are blockchain instruments designed to follow it. Both are price exposure only, with no voting rights and no dividend entitlement. Neither is the underlying security, and the tracking is a design goal rather than a guarantee.

FAQ
Is Arm Holdings (ARM) listed on Nasdaq?
Yes — Arm trades on Nasdaq under the ticker ARM, as American Depositary Shares.
What is an ADS?
An American Depositary Share is a US-listed instrument representing shares in a non-US company, held by a depositary bank. Arm is a UK company, so its Nasdaq listing takes this form. One ADS does not necessarily represent one ordinary share.
How much of Arm does SoftBank own?
Approximately 86%. The exact figure moves as Arm's share count changes, and published sources differ slightly for that reason. The practical consequence is a small free float.
When are Arm's next results?
Fiscal Q1 2027 results are scheduled for July 29, 2026, after market close, with a conference call at 14:00 Pacific Time.
Does Arm pay a dividend?
No. Arm does not pay a dividend and has said it does not anticipate paying one in the foreseeable future.
Why is Arm's "Q4" not a calendar quarter?
Arm uses a fiscal calendar ending March 31, so fiscal Q4 2026 is the quarter that ended March 31, 2026 — not the October–December calendar quarter.
What is ARMON?
ARMON is a tokenized stock designed to track the ARM share price — price exposure only, with no shareholder rights or dividend entitlement.
Can I get ARM exposure without a US brokerage account?
On WEEX, through the tokenized stock ARMON (check the market listings for any other formats) — price exposure only, with no shareholder rights; leverage amplifies losses.
When can I trade?
ARM: US market hours (9:30–16:00 ET). WEEX markets: see the market page for current hours.
