ZK International received 205,512.5 AWA tokens on July 30 to settle a 20.02 million equity-financing receivable, but the tokens remain unmonetized and their fair value is unresolved. As of March 31, the company had 82,696 in cash and cash equivalents, about 0.12% of total assets of 66.44 million. The company's operations focus on pipeline-monitoring components resale, with plans for AI computing services. Three balances accounted for 62.59 million, or 94.2%, of total assets: a 21.57 million prepayment for AI equipment, the 20.02 million digital-asset receivable, and a 21 million receivable from subsidiary disposals. ZK International reported a 17.02 million consolidated net loss for the six months ending in March and an accumulated deficit of 68.28 million. Despite plans to grow the resale business and seek more financing, substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern remains. The crypto receivable originated from a February 27 private placement for up to 40.04 million shares at 0.50 each, allowing payment in dollars or cryptocurrency. The AWA tokens were not received by March 31, leading to a contractual entitlement recorded at the 20.02 million transaction price. The July 30 delivery settled the receivable, but AWA is a non-mainstream token not listed on major exchanges, with deposits and withdrawals frequently suspended. Management's liquidity plan relies on monetizing current assets and maintaining financing access, but the AWA delivery did not produce cash or resolve valuation issues.
