U.S. Stock Market Closed for Labor Day, Trading in Gold, Silver, and Oil Ends Early
Due to the U.S. Labor Day holiday, the stock markets in the United States and Canada will be closed on September 7. Trading for precious metals and U.S. crude oil futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange will end early at 02:30 Beijing time on September 8, while trading for index futures will conclude at 01:00 Beijing time on September 8. Trading for Brent crude oil futures on the Intercontinental Exchange will also end early at 01:30 Beijing time on September 8. Additionally, the release of the U.S. API and EIA weekly crude oil inventory data will be postponed to 04:30 Beijing time on September 10 and 00:00 on September 11, respectively.
