According to Onchain Lens monitoring, whales are accumulating ETH, with three whales collectively withdrawing a total of 16,728 ETH from CEX:
Whale "0x46D" withdrew 9,220 ETH from OKX (9.55 million USD).
Whale "0xb37" withdrew 5,000 ETH from Gemini (approximately 10.41 million USD).
Whale "0xC4F" withdrew 2,508 ETH from Binance (5.28 million USD).
