Mechamand (Xiong'an) Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. passed the listing hearing at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on August 16, becoming the first company from Xiong'an to apply for and pass the hearing. Founded in 2016 by a team of returnees from Tsinghua University, the company will relocate its registered office to Xiong'an in 2024, making it the first unicorn enterprise in the Xiong'an New Area. Mechamand positions itself as "AI + 3D Vision + Robotics," independently developing the Mech-GPT multimodal large model and a full-stack technology system called "Eye-Brain-Hand." By 2025, it is expected to capture 22.1% of the global AI + 3D vision-guided general-purpose intelligent robot components market. The company's revenue is projected to grow from 181 million yuan in 2023 to 389 million yuan in 2025, with adjusted net losses narrowing to 109 million yuan and overseas revenue accounting for 50.3%. The company has deployed over 27,000 units, with clients including CATL, BYD, Toyota, BMW, and others, and has received investments from institutions such as Qiming Venture Partners, Intel Capital, Meituan, IDG, and Sequoia China.
