Kapital Completes $125 Million Financing Round Led by Fasanara Capital
AI fintech company Kapital has completed a new round of equity and debt financing totaling $125 million, with Tru Arrow Partners and Fasanara Capital leading the investment, alongside participation from Cervin Ventures, Niya Partners, and Overlook Capital. Kapital leverages AI technology to assist individuals and businesses in managing operations, credit, and cash flow, while also promoting savings and investments through its brokerage and fund management services. The new funds will be used for the in-depth development of its AI platform and data analytics suite, and to accelerate expansion in the U.S. and European markets.
