Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission Lists Star Bridge Capital as Unlicensed Company

The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission has included Star Bridge Capital, Star Bridge Capital Group, SBCFX, Star Bridge Capital Group, Star Bridge Capital Pty Limited, and Topical Wealth International Ltd in its list of unlicensed companies, prohibiting them from engaging in any regulated activities or promoting services to the public in Hong Kong. Star Bridge Capital previously attracted attention due to an abnormal liquidation incident involving London gold trading, and after the incident, its Hong Kong office was found empty. Some funds were deposited via USDT, complicating the tracking of the funds. The Hong Kong police have accepted the case and have temporarily classified it as fraud, but no arrests have been made yet.
