Farmhouse Acquires One More Bitcoin, Holding a Total of 13.209 BTC
Farmhouse Inc. (FMHS) has acquired an additional Bitcoin (BTC), increasing its total holdings to 13.209 BTC. BitcoinTreasuries.NET disclosed Farmhouse's additional purchase and holdings at 8:04 PM (KST) on the 4th, but this holding amount was not reflected in the company's recent SEC filings or official dashboard. Farmhouse is pursuing an 'anti-debasement' financial strategy that involves holding both Bitcoin and gold, with target allocations of 70% Bitcoin and 30% PAX Gold (PAXG). On May 4, Farmhouse announced in an 8-K filing with the SEC that it had secured a strategic investment of $2 million. This transaction consists of $1 million in cash and $1 million in digital assets, with the raised funds intended to support its Bitcoin and gold-focused financial strategy. Farmhouse also announced the establishment of Farmhouse Treasury LLC, which will manage its asset allocation strategy, including Bitcoin and tokenized physical gold, in its Q1 10-Q report. As of March 31, the fair value of its digital assets was $14,209, making it difficult to directly compare with the newly disclosed Bitcoin holdings. On BitcoinTreasuries.NET's individual company page, Farmhouse's holdings remain at 3.709 BTC as of June 11, and rounded figures are displayed on the public listing. In its Q1 report, Farmhouse mentioned uncertainties related to its going concern, and in the May 8-K, it noted that the issuance of convertible securities could dilute the existing shareholders' equity.
