Dinari opened trading for 724 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs, including all S&P 500 companies, to eligible U.S. investors on Tuesday. Purchases can be made using USDC from self-custody wallets. Dinari claims to be the first platform to offer these tokenized stocks to both eligible U.S. investors and businesses, with transactions settled in USDC through a partnership with Circle. Broker-dealers can license Dinari's API-based infrastructure to provide these products to their customers. The tokens, branded as dShares, are live on Avalanche's C-Chain via the Dinari Trading App and are backed by underlying securities held in qualified custody. They maintain traditional stock ownership rights, including voting rights and cash dividends, now distributed directly in USDC. Access is limited to eligible investors, adhering to U.S. federal securities laws. The launch follows broker-dealer approval reported in June 2025, with Dinari Securities, LLC listed as an active broker-dealer. Future features may include 24/7 trading, T+0 settlement, and automated portfolio management, subject to regulatory requirements. Dinari's dShares reach investors in over 85 jurisdictions through various fintechs and platforms, aiming to connect U.S. equity market capitalization exceeding 75 trillion dollars with a stablecoin market over 307 billion dollars.
