Combat Operations Map in Ukraine as of September 2, 2026
The 1652nd day of the war in Ukraine continues. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, there were 213 combat clashes in the past 24 hours. The enemy launched one missile strike, carried out 93 airstrikes, dropped 313 guided aerial bombs, used 11,511 kamikaze drones, and conducted 2,969 shellings. In Sumy region, the settlements of Korenyok, Sopych, Tovstodubovo, and others were shelled. The aviation and artillery of the Defense Forces hit 10 areas of enemy troop concentration, six UAV control points, five guns, and one important facility. In the Northern Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, six enemy assaults were stopped. In the Southern Slobozhansk direction, seven attacks were repelled. In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked six times. In the Lyman direction, the occupiers attacked nine times. In the Sloviansk direction, there were three assault actions. In the Kramatorsk direction, there was one attack. In the Konstantynivka direction, 28 attacks were recorded. In the Pokrovsk direction, 25 attacks were stopped. No active actions were conducted in the Alexandrovsk direction. In the Huliaipole direction, there were 13 attacks. In the Orikhiv direction, two attempts by the enemy were stopped. No assault actions were conducted in the Dnipro direction. In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the formation of offensive groupings were detected.
