CleanCore Solutions has decided to venture into the artificial intelligence (AI) industry after its previous focus on accumulating dogecoin (DOGE). The company announced the creation of a high-capacity data center in Minnesota, where it owns 79% of a joint venture. The project includes a 55-megawatt (MW) facility and a base lease contract of 40 MW with Cerebras Systems Inc., valued at $800 million for an initial period of 10 years. This agreement can be extended, raising the total value to over $3 billion. CleanCore's decision marks a departure from its previous strategy, which included an alliance with House of Doge Inc. to accumulate DOGE, resulting in a 60% drop in its stock price. Over the past year, CleanCore's stock price (ZONE) has fallen by more than 90%. This shift reflects a trend in the market where companies that were exploring digital assets are redirecting their operations towards data processing.
