Binance recorded a net outflow of approximately $2.2 billion in stablecoins in July, currently holding 70% of the exchange's stablecoin supply. Since the beginning of the year, Binance has seen a cumulative net outflow of $7 billion in stablecoins, indicating a sharp contraction in demand with no signs of reversal. The continuous outflow of stablecoins suggests that liquidity is fleeing the crypto market, with investors preferring to withdraw funds rather than wait for redeployment, reflecting ongoing risk aversion. Despite the persistent liquidity drain, Bitcoin remains stable above $60,000, demonstrating price resilience amid geopolitical and macroeconomic tensions. Analysts warn that the market needs to see a demand recovery soon, or the pullback may continue.
