Bankrupt Banks Received 2.46 Billion UAH from Asset Sales
From January to June 2026, liquidated banks received over 2.46 billion UAH, primarily from asset sales amounting to 2.08 billion UAH. Other revenues included 146.7 million UAH from securities, 144 million UAH from repaid loans, 14 million UAH from rentals, and 79.8 million UAH from other sources. The largest amounts were received by five banks: JSC 'MR Bank' - 1.17 billion UAH, JSC 'Prominvestbank' - 968.5 million UAH, JSC 'RVS Bank' - 80.1 million UAH, JSC 'Kominvestbank' - 75.8 million UAH, and JSC 'Bank Sich' - 47.2 million UAH. All funds are directed towards debt repayment in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine 'On the System of Guaranteeing Deposits of Individuals'. Over the six months, borrowers repaid 125.9 million UAH in debts under restructuring programs, of which 99% were payments from legal entities.
