Aster announced that USD1 will be the exclusive settlement asset for its TradFi perpetual contracts
The decentralized exchange Aster announced that USD1 will become the exclusive settlement asset for all TradFi perpetual contracts on its platform. The official statement clarified that these contracts will only be settled using USD1, and will no longer coexist with USDT.
It is reported that the first batch of USD1 priced RWA trading markets includes $CLUSD1, $XAUUSD1, $XAGUSD1, and $BZUSD1. In terms of fee structure, the initial fee for USD1 trading pairs on Aster is set as follows: Taker 1 bps, Maker -0.5 bps.
In addition, Aster stated that it is currently collaborating with World Liberty Financial (WLFI), and both parties are exploring deep integration at the token level to support closer ecosystem development and promote large-scale on-chain applications in the RWA market.
