37signals Founder Says Small Team Business Model Should Avoid Financing

On July 26, David Heinemeier Hansson, the founder of 37signals, stated in the podcast "David Senra" that entrepreneurship does not have to rely on financing and high valuations. He recalled that 37signals never accepted venture capital but instead grew the software company through small teams, a 40-hour work week, and consistent profitability. He believes that excellent companies do not necessarily need to scale; the key is to create real value and retain profits.
